During the Coronavirus pandemic, people are restricted from going out freely, some of you may have started reading at home.
For those of you who have been spending more time at home, we have created a collaboration item with the adorable character
“BLACK BEAR”, whose eyes have turned red from staying up too late reading.
As an expression of one of the beautiful people’s brand DNA “exceptional craftsmanship” , each panel is made of a different fabric and jointed by patchwork technique. The handwork texture, which cannot be reproduced with prints or wappen, expresses the “BLACK BEAR,” which seems to exist but can’t be found anywhere else.

Dick Bruna
Born in Utrecht, the Netherlands in 1927, Dick Bruna is a graphic designer and picture book author.
By the end of his life in February 2017, he had created more than 120 picture books.
With his warm, hand-drawn lines, vivid colors, and simple, bold compositions that appeal to the viewer’s imagination,
his works are still popular among children and adults around the world. His representative works include the Miffy picture book series.
In 1951, he began designing paperback book covers, and in the past 20 years, he has designed more than 2,000 paperbacks. The character “BLACK BEAR,” a bear with red eyes from reading too many books, appeared on a poster advertising the paperback series and became very popular.
