1.Shipping
At checkout, you can choose EMS or DHL for shipping.

Please note that EMS is used when shipping to China. DHL cannot be used to ship to China.
We dispatch orders within 5 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed.
Please note that delivery to some places may be delayed if there is an overwhelming number of orders, bad weather, or extenuating circumstances with carriers, for example. If you order on a weekend, public holiday, or extended holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.
Shipments may also take longer depending on stock. Please note that you cannot specify a delivery time or date.
DHL and EMS usually deliver within 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, should the package be refused at the point of delivery the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.
2.Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are 2,000 yen to designated parts of Asia and 3,500 yen to everywhere else.

Orders shipped outside Japan will be delivered on a Delivered At Place(DAP) basis.
Please note the shipping fee of your order does not include any additional import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of import.
The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/tax, which is based on the full purchase price paid for this order.
Our shipping partners will contact you when your order arrives to arrange for the payment of the import fees to clear your item(s) for delivery. Please contact the local customs bureau for any questions related to the import tax / duty fees levied by the country of import.
If you refuse any shipments from beautiful people global online store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to beautiful people. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Once you have placed an order, we cannot accept any requests for returns, exchanges, or cancellations to suit your convenience. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
We cannot accept return or refund requests for sale items.
We generally accept exchange requests within 7 days of the product’s arrival for one of the following reasons that are the responsibility of beautiful people:
If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, you will be refunded the product cost. Your understanding is appreciated.
Shipping fees for returns due to defects or wrong product are borne by beautiful people.
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
*Please note that we cannot accept return or exchange requests when there are differences in processing or print patterns between products due to the properties of the product.
*Please note that the color of the product image may differ somewhat from that of the actual product depending on your computer or mobile phone environment. Product image color is not the responsibility of beautiful people.

We can only repair products purchased from the beautiful people global online store.
We will respond after confirming your purchase history. Please inquire by email.
We cannot accept requests to repair products purchased anywhere other than the beautiful people global online store.
Please bring products purchased elsewhere to the shop where they were purchased.
The beautiful people global online store does not issue receipts.
If you are paying with a credit card, you can keep your statement from the credit card company as a receipt, and if you are using payment on delivery, you can keep the delivery stub as a receipt.
