I'd like to know when the product will arrive.

We are unable to provide the precise date of product arrival, as it varies from item to item.

Please visit our ‘Pre-order’ page to see the items that are close to arrival.

The color of the item is different than what I saw on the website.

Due to monitor settings and monitor pixel definition, we cannot guarantee the color that you see will be exact from the actual color of the product.

Is repairing available?

Repairing is only available for items purchased from the beautiful people ONLINE SHOP.
Items not purchased from the beautiful people ONLINE SHOP are not accepted. Please take such items to the shop where you purchased them.


I’d like to change my member information.

How can I reset my password?

If you are having trouble logging into your account, please go to ‘My Page’ to reset your password.


Can I have my order gift wrapped?

We’re sorry, but we do not accept requests for gift wrapping.

Returns and exchanges

beautiful people ONLINE SHOP is not able to accept returns or exchanges for any personal reasons. Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you. In this case, please contact our customer service to request a return or replacement by contacting our customer service with in 7 days of delivery.
If an item is returned without notice in advance, or an item is returned/canceled due to refusal to accept the item, any subsequent orders may be refused.
Please contact us after confirming the content of ’Return and Exchange Policy’ in the User Guide.

We ship to more than 120 countries and regions around the world.

I’d like to change the payment method.

Please note that the payment method cannot be changed after your order has been confirmed.

My order has not arrived.

Please fill out the ‘Inquiries form.’ We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please be aware that delivery of pre-ordered items on a specific date and time may not be available.
Inquiries made on weekends, national holidays, and during suspension of business in summer/winter will be answered either the next business day or after the break.

Can I get a receipt for my order?

The beautiful people ONLINE SHOP does not issue receipts. If you pay by credit card, you will receive a statement issued by your credit card company.

I haven’t received an order confirmation email.

An email confirming your order is automatically sent. It is possible that the email address you provided when placing your order was incorrect.
Please fill out the ‘Inquiries form’ and explain the situation.

The order confirmation email may not reach you because of your spam or incoming email settings.
Please ensure your incoming email settings accept emails from the domain, info@beautiful-people-creations-tokyo.com
In addition, if you are using Gmail, in rare cases emails may be sorted into the ‘spam’ folder or other tabs such as ‘Promotions,’ so please check the following Gmail settings.

Incomplete orders and payments being processed.

Your order cannot be completed because the credit card payment has not been approved.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the credit card usage and whether the credit card information you provided is correct, then place your order again.
