This collaboration embodies beautiful people’s unique approach to craftsmanship, creating pieces that transcend conventional values. While staying true to the German Trainer’s military origins, the design also exudes a subtle elegance reminiscent of dress shoes.

The German Military Trainer is known for its simple, functional design, using only fabric transitions for durability. Based on this iconic design, this collaboration expresses fabric transitions through stitchwork, further refining and minimizing the design. While preserving the essence of the German Trainer, the shoe is crafted to be the most minimal version yet.

Unlike standard German Trainers, it features a thinner outsole with inward-tucked edges, giving it an androgynous, opera-shoe-like elegance.
Balancing military ruggedness with dress shoe sophistication, this design exists between both worlds—neither one nor the other, yet perfectly in harmony.

The upper material is fine-grained Spanish nubuck leather, known for its smooth, even texture, while the insole is crafted from durable and soft Italian pig leather, offering both comfort and longevity. A design combination of high-quality materials in a casual sneaker. 

The military feel of this collaboration also comes from its production background. The shoes are made in the same Slovakian factory that produced training shoes for the West German Army, giving them a unique atmosphere that is absent in typical reproductions.

Nubuck leather’s delicate and refined appearance is its main charm. With proper brushing and cleaning care, it will age beautifully, developing a distinctive character. This aging process, not found in traditional military shoes, brings out a unique vintage dress shoe-like look.

Functional updates typical of REPRODUCTION OF FOUND have been incorporated. The inside features elastic rubber, providing excellent hold and support for walking, while also allowing the shoes to be worn as slip-ons by removing the laces.

The outsole is equipped with a wave-shaped grip sole, and the midsole uses lightweight, flexible, and elastic EVA material, which, combined with the pig leather insole, provides soft cushioning.

The brand started from 2016SS season . under the concept of “FOUND(find out)&“REPRODUCTION” The line of military trainer is made by hand work in a careful manner at factories in each country that produced many military trainers from the 1950s to 1990s. The source for each design is revealed by indicting model name, country name and age on logo or tag. We find out timeless and universal items with a focus on military items and we offer them after reproduction modernly.
