WACOAL MEN ÷ beautiful people “boxer tops” & “boxer pants”

Underwear tops that can be shared by men and women.

A collaboration that transcends size and gender boundaries, developed over two years from conception under the concept of ‘ONE SIZE FITS EVERYONE’. The second collaboration is “Boxer Tops”, which will change the values of unisex items.

The collaboration was achieved through resonance between the one-size design characteristic of Wacoal Men’s PANTS HOLIC and beautiful people’s KIDSWEAR FOR EVERYONE concept.

The expression ‘×’ is often used in collaborations, but the ‘÷’ symbolises the commitment to a new value that can only be created by not only multiplying existing elements but also by enhancing each other’s ideas and skills. A new unisex item that can be worn freely by all, eliminating size and gender stereotypes.

Organic Cotton Materials

As with the boxer pants, under the concept of ‘ONE SIZE FITS EVERYONE’, ONE size is available for ladies S to L (bust sizes 72 cm to 94 cm). Tops made from highly stretchable organic cotton yarn, jointly developed, provide underwear that defies size stereotypes. The tops are sustainable and for everyone, taking into account their impact on the body and the environment.

The newly developed stretchy organic cotton yarn is a sustainable material that reduces the environmental impact by reducing the number of chemical fertilisers and pesticides, used during cultivation to within standards and is also labour-friendly. The delicate nature of the material and the garment’s functionality, which can be worn from S to LL, have been combined to create a comfortable fit for both male and female body shapes.

DOUBLE-END design concept

As the name Boxer Tops suggests, the design is inspired by the first pair of boxer pants, with the trousers turned upside down as they are. The hem ribs are designed with the brand logo upside down to symbolize the upside-down look. When worn as a set-up, the brand logo is unique in its conflicting design. The boat neck also creates an elegant low neckline and is designed so that the innerwear is not visible through the neck of the top.

The knitted molding with good elasticity pursues a comfortable fit that is not too constrictive. By minimizing the number of seams and designing the cotton yarn to appear on the back side in contact with the skin, the garment is less prone to rucking and, together with the fit, provides a comfortable fit.
