・How long does it take to receive the product after I pre-order it?
You will receive your order as soon as it arrives.
Please note that the delivery schedule is subject to change. If there is a delay of more than one month, we will notify you by email.

・The design of the product I received is slightly different.
Please kindly note that the pictures of pre-ordered products are taken from sample products, so the specifications, processing, size, etc. may differ slightly from the actual products.
The color of the product image may differ somewhat from that of the actual product depending on your computer or mobile phone environment.

・Can I purchase Pre-ordered items with other items?
Items that are available for pre-order can be added to your cart at the same time as long as they have the same arrival date. Pre-ordered items with different arrival dates cannot be added to the cart at the same time.
You can add pre-ordered items and regular items to your cart at the same time, but the payment process will be separated. For details, please refer to the cart.
